The in-betweener

overcast

Hi,

At this moment I'm still in the Netherlands... However, I'm checking out some new blogs cause I hopefully graduate soon which means the world is ready for me! That's also why I call myself the Antevasin, which means:

“one who lives at the border.” (Sanskrit) this indicates a person who had left the bustling center of worldly life to go live at the edge of the forest where the spiritual masters dwell. The antevasin was not one of the villagers anymore—not a householder with a conventional life. The antevasin was an in-betweener; A border-dweller; one who lived in sight of both worlds, but looked toward the unknown. A scholar. That simmering line between your old thinking and your new understanding, always in a state of learning. This is the border that is always moving.

This is me; an in-betweener, a border dweller, I'm living in between 2 lives and am looking towards the unknown. The only thing I know is that after my graduating I'm going to travel as much as I can. I want to explore the world, experience new cultures and taste different cuisines... I don't want to settle down in the Netherlands, start working, buying a house etc. etc. I'm 25 at the moment and I guess after this quarter of a century it is time to throw off the bowlines, sail away from the save harbor and discover, dream and ... I forgot what M. Twain said at last. But that's what I'm going to do.

Before graduating I'm going to Ireland for a week! I will go to Dublin with my best friend Amber and from there we will travel to Belfast en hopefully we can manage to squeeze the Cliffs of Moher somewhere in this week too =) I've been to Ireland in 2004 and men that's a long time ago. It is time to experience Ireland again and lets see how much Ireland changed and how much I changed during these 7 years!

This weblog is created for you to follow me and for me to keep you up to date =) So help me God!

I hope you will enjoy my writings and my experiences along the globe and I hope you keep following me =) it would be an honor! ok ciao for now!
